1. はじめに
本プライバシーポリシーは、「おはようカモメ」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）が収集する個人情報とその取り扱いについて説明するものです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に本ポリシーをよくお読みいただき、内容にご同意の上でご利用ください。なお、メッセージの保存形式など特に重要な事項については、利用規約への同意時に改めて確認いただいております。
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains the personal information that “Ohayo Kamome” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) collects and how it is handled. Please read this policy carefully and agree to its contents before using the App. Please note that particularly important matters such as message storage format are reconfirmed when you agree to the Terms of Service.

3. 情報の利用目的
当方は、収集した情報を以下の目的で利用します。
- 本アプリのサービスを提供、維持、改善するため。
- ユーザーサポート、お問い合わせ等に対応するため。
- 利用規約に違反する行為に対応するため。
- 詐欺、誹謗中傷、その他の違法行為からユーザーを保護するため。
- 高齢者を狙った特殊詐欺等の被害防止のため。
- 新機能や重要なお知らせをユーザーに通知するため。
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the services of the App.
- To respond to user support inquiries and other communications.
- To address violations of our Terms of Service.
- To protect users from fraud, defamation, and other illegal activities.
- To prevent fraud targeting the elderly and similar criminal activities.
- To notify users of new features and important announcements.
4. メッセージデータの取り扱いに関する特に重要な事項
本アプリは、高齢者とそのご家族・ご友人が安心してコミュニケーションを取れる簡易なツールとして設計されています。この目的を達成するため、メッセージデータの取り扱いについて以下の特別な方針を定めています。
4.1 保存形式について
本アプリで送受信されるメッセージは、サーバー上で暗号化されずに保管されます（平文保存）。これは、高齢者ユーザーを詐欺などの犯罪被害からお守りすることを主な目的とした設計上の判断です。万が一、犯罪行為が疑われる場合や、ユーザーご本人またはそのご家族から正当な理由に基づく要請があった場合に、管理者が内容を確認し、被害の防止に努めることができるようにするためです。
4.2 メッセージ内容確認の基準
管理者がメッセージ内容を確認するのは、以下の場合に限定されます：
- ユーザー本人またはその法定代理人・家族から書面による被害申告があった場合
- 金銭の要求、個人情報の要求、投資勧誘などの詐欺を疑わせる定型的なキーワードが検出された場合
- 生命に関わる緊急事態を示唆する内容が検出された場合
- 裁判所命令、警察からの正式な照会があった場合
4.3 確認手続き
メッセージ内容の確認は以下の手続きに従って行われます：
- 管理者1名による単独判断ではなく、複数名での協議を経ること
- 確認記録を保持し、事後検証可能にすること
4.4 保存期間について
ユーザーのプライバシー保護とのバランスを取るため、サーバーに保管されるメッセージは各チャットルームの直近100件に限定されます。これを超えた最も古いメッセージは、システムによって自動的に削除されます。
4.5 ご利用上のお願い
上記の仕様から、本アプリは機密情報、個人情報、パスワード、金銭に関わる情報など、重要性の高いデータの送受信には適していません。ユーザーは、本アプリの目的をご理解の上、そのような情報を送信しないことに同意するものとします。
4. Special Provisions Regarding the Handling of Message Data
The App is designed as a simple communication tool for the elderly and their family and friends to use with peace of mind. To achieve this purpose, we have established the following special policies regarding the handling of message data.
4.1 Regarding Storage Format
Messages sent and received within the App are stored on the server without encryption (in plain text). This is a design decision made primarily to protect elderly users from criminal activities such as fraud. It allows administrators to review message content in the event of suspected criminal activity or upon a valid request from the user or their family, in order to prevent harm.
4.2 Criteria for Message Content Review
Administrator review of message content is limited to the following cases:
- When there is a written report of harm from the user or their legal representative/family
- When typical keywords suggesting fraud (such as requests for money, personal information, or investment solicitation) are detected
- When content suggesting a life-threatening emergency is detected
- When there is a court order or official inquiry from law enforcement
4.3 Review Procedures
Message content review follows these procedures:
- Consultation among multiple administrators rather than a single administrator’s judgment
- Maintaining review records for post-verification
4.4 Regarding Storage Period
To balance user privacy, messages stored on the server are limited to the most recent 100 messages in each chat room. The oldest messages exceeding this limit are automatically deleted by the system.
4.5 Request for Use
Due to the specifications mentioned above, the App is not suitable for sending or receiving highly sensitive data such as confidential information, personal details, passwords, or financial information. Users agree to understand the purpose of the App and refrain from sending such information.
5. 情報の第三者提供
当方は、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
- 法令に基づき開示が求められた場合。
- 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき。
5. Sharing Information with Third Parties
We will not provide personal information to third parties without the user’s consent, except in the following cases:
- When required by law.
- When it is necessary for the protection of a person’s life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the user’s consent.
6. データの安全管理
当方は、収集した情報の紛失、盗難、悪用、不正アクセス、漏洩、改ざん、破壊などを防ぐため、適切な技術的・物理的・管理上の措置を講じます。また、個人情報へのアクセスは、正当な目的を持つ管理者に限定されています。さらに、外部からの不正アクセスを防ぐためのセキュリティ対策を継続的に実施しています。
6. Data Security
We take appropriate technical, physical, and administrative measures to prevent the loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction of the information we collect. Access to personal information is restricted to administrators with a legitimate purpose. Furthermore, we continuously implement security measures to protect against unauthorized external access.
7. プライバシーポリシーの変更
当方は、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合には、本アプリ内での通知など、わかりやすい方法でお知らせします。
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy as necessary. If there are any significant changes, we will notify you through a clear method, such as a notification within the App.
